James Auger and Jimmy Loizeau run London-based design partnership Auger-Loizeau combining a range of disciplines that include product design, engineering, and fine art. In their practice they explore the implications of our relationship with products and technology through semi-fictional products. By re-configuring existing technologies they try to reveal new, and often strange interactions with the world. Auger-Loizeau collaborated with the enigneer Alexandar Zivanovic (uk) on the Carnivorous Domestic Entertainment Robots, which has been nominated for the transmediale Award 2010.
